Follow your heart

This is something I realized a long time ago. Why am I sitting there missing out?
Realizing there is a pursuit of happiness and why sit there having my
pursuit of un-happiness?

It's like wanting a fast car but you don't have $30,000 for one so you
cutback your spark plugs, glass pack and pop a hole in the air box then
zoom! In love, no mater of being married or how awkward it is you have
to be honest ethical about it. It's ok to be in love with a married woman,
if there is a openness with all involved and it is for her the queen bee.
For her best interest in mind. Making her a better person making all happy!
All of that is worth her smile of her knowing she is supported. Gold!

How else can you put it love has no boundary's and is worth the hoopla,
it makes all a better person!

~~~~~Listen Up! Why Being in Your Heart is Better Than In Your Head
Your heart is more than your body's most important organ—it's also the essence of your spiritual and emotional being. Find out why listening to your heart is much more valuable than always making decisions with just your head.
"A good heart is better than all the heads in the world."
— Robert Bulwer-Lytton
When you fall in love, you feel your heart flutter, beat loudly or leap for joy; when you're rejected, your heart breaks. You are called heartless or cold-hearted when you show no care or love...and big-hearted when you extend your concern to others. You "take things to heart" or "talk heart-to-heart" about deeply personal issues. You love someone "from the bottom of your heart" but are half-hearted about something when you're emotionally uninvolved. You experience your heart as the center of your feelings, as seen on Valentine's Day when love-filled hearts abound. You know this instinctively, as you always physically point to your heart when you say "I" or want to express your deeper feelings.
Yet your heart is so much more than a vessel for romance. It has been described as the king, with the mind as the king's adviser. When faced with a decision, the king may ask his advisers for advice, may even send him out into the world to gather information, but ultimately it is the king that makes the final decision. Even though the advisers do not always agree with the king's decision, the king is invariably right, because the king's view not only sees the bigger picture but is also aware of the needs of others.
In the same way, when faced with a decision or conflict, your mind may come up with numerous, different and quite logical reasons why you should act as it advises, but if you listen to and trust your heart—however illogical or irrational it may seem—it is usually right and you are happier as a result.
There is great brilliance and beauty inherent within the mind, because it is capable of understanding the most intricate scientific and mathematical theories and can make complicated corporate decisions. Yet the same mind can get caught up in trivia and nonsense, becoming upset or even unglued over a seemingly harmless remark. It runs your life, pushing and pulling you in all directions, from attraction to repulsion, creating endless dramas in acting out your insecurities and fears, because it is not in touch with your deeper feelings. Living inside your head all the time is actually not much fun!
While the mind is the content of who you are, your heart is your essence. Your true heart is not subject to chaos or limited by pain, fear and neuroses, but is joyful, creative and loving. Some believe the heart can be too uncertain and even misguided, but that is the head talking! It is actually a source of great richness, and this wealth is one that cannot be squandered or lost. It is the core, the essence of your being, a reservoir of joy, powerful love and infinite compassion that lies within you.
Take Stuff From Work Day
I remember this from the 90's the steal from work day.
I was a dishwasher at a Hotel and you know I don't
really know what I took! But I remember it was something
at a less cost vs...
But the other dishwasher I worked with stole, forks, spoons
and anything silver over a long time. So he ended up getting
the money to get his car painted white. It was cool looking but
it also gave him away as the Hotel was wondering about the loss.
He got let go a year after he got his car painted.
He was not that bad of a guy! On a Monday at work he spent
most of the day on his knees saying hi to the porcelain god!
He had a fun weekend! He saw me at work said something like
something about his girlfriend I can't say and he never seen her again
then he went into the bathroom and spent something like 7 hours there!
He was from Vietnam and was like Beavis and I was like Butthead.
Still life was good back then! Maybe I will steal a van!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DjgNSLH2C9g
Anyway the point here is to note there is a new
"Steal something from work day!" it is on April 15!
This is something more for the private workplaces.
Any other state workers etc it depends but mostly
no don't do it. Colleges or Schools I am known to drop
some change in the vending machine to help out a kid.
But note that is not giving to the workplace, it's giving to kids.
At least if you are a state worker, do that! Walmart etc...
Well... if you can't function in the marketplace because you only make
$7 after taxes, why are you just sitting there for?
~~~~~Steal something from work day
Does your boss work less than you but take home a bigger paycheck?
Is somebody zipping around in a private jet at your expense?
If the corporation is making money at the end of the day, that means they’re
not paying you the full value of your labor – that’s where corporate profit
comes from! So if you need something in your workplace, take it. You earned it!

School Deregulation Bill Passes

Oklahoma is a backward state even more noted with those stupid
bills that get passed mostly when they are drunk!
But what is new? Anyone can pass any bill they want,
just get it in when they are drunk!

Teachers need to look at this in view like if you where
working at Walmart. Like getting a worker with a
cocaine problem. Something I see related to low pay
you get what you pay for!

I highly recommend more looking eyes to be sent at the state capital!
These laws do not need to be passed! The result of these laws are a
lowering / backward standard for the kids. Ending in unqualified
workers as the majority will have a lowering of education!
That is a major labor force issue for Oklahoma, worse than it is!

~~~~~Oklahoma Committee Votes to End Public Education SB1187
Currently making its inglorious way through the rancid pile of poop that is the Oklahoma State Legislature is a little doozy innocuously entitled Senate Bill 1187.
This is being promoted under the banner of freeing Public School Districts of the enormous burden that is Government Regulation. As this state has implemented, and encouraged both Charter and Private Schools thus unfettered, it is clearly only appropriate that our Public School be allowed to compete on a level playing field (We understand this in Oklahoma. Playing fields are pretty much the only thing we are good on).
We have, over the years, been assaulted by many, many proposals and laws that have failed miserably to raise standards in the Sooner State … No Child Left Behind, Race To The Top, Common Core Standards … and we spurn them all.
To counter this, our fearless leaders, wise men and women all, have come up with our own solution. I think I’ll call it Race To The Bottom, and I feel confident that that is one race we
can win. SB 1187 passed out of the Uneducation Committee. It may or may not become law, but just so the rest of the country can laugh at us, and who doesn’t need a good laugh at times, here are some of the things it proposes:
Senators Jolley and Brecheen changed much of the key language in SB 1187, which just passed out of the Senate Education Committee. SB 1187 allows school districts to request an exemption from the State Board of Education from all statutory requirements and State Board of Education rules of which charter schools are currently exempt.
The following may result from the passage of this bill:
Elimination of the teacher's minimum salary schedule.
Elimination of the requirement for school districts to participate in the Oklahoma Teacher's Retirement System (OTRS).
Elimination of school district provided health insurance.
Elimination of criminal background checks on school employees.
Elimination of teacher evaluation and due process protections.
Elimination of payroll deduction.
Elimination of due process protections for support staff.
Elimination of all certification requirements for all school district positions.
Elimination of negotiations between a school district and employees.
Elimination of student curriculum requirements.
Elimination of required continuing education for local board of education members.
I don’t know which is more shocking. That they would do this to Public Schools, or that Charter and Private Schools are already allowed to do this.
Maybe now my friends and neighbors will believe me when I again try to tell them that the GOP really does want to end Public Education, and privatize the bits that remain.
Please note the better option is noted and that I support by is from Hillary.
https://www.hillaryclinton.com/issues/k-12-education
Her E-mails is no big thing when others did the same thing!
The best interest in voting would be Hillary for the schools!
I would recommend not taking any major actions until the elections.
It's is clear by the numbers Hillary will win and she will take actions for
the schools that is clear!
Edgar Winter
This is just something worthwhile to mention notably no one ever talks about.
When I worked in a hotel in the 90's there was a lady boss I liked that dated
Edgar Winter in her past. Her and Edgar had the same hair.
But she said I reminded her of Edgar being the part he is able
to just do something out of the blue, like to throw something
at him and he would be able to play it. Me I am adaptable like
having Neuroplasticity in my personality.
But being not about me I just had to pass on this info being
I never hear anyone saying much about him and I had
some info so I passed it on being it's cool!
Edgar Holland Winter (born December 28, 1946) is an American rock and blues
musician. He is known for being a multi-instrumentalist keyboardist, guitarist,
saxophonist and percussionist as well as a singer. His success peaked in the 1970s
with his band, The Edgar Winter Group, and their popular songs
"Frankenstein" and "Free Ride".
Winter was born to John Winter II and Edwina Winter on December 28, 1946,
in Beaumont, Texas. Both he and his older brother Johnny were born with albinism,
and both were required to take special education classes in high school.
Winter states, "In school I had a lot of friends. I wore a lot of white shirts to, like,
blend in I guess. No one really gave me a hard time about being albino or taking
special education classes. Then again, I wasn't really popular."
By the time Edgar Winter left his hometown of Beaumont, Texas in the 1960s,
he was already a proficient musician.
I was in special education also when I was in school.
Back then it was for many reasons not because you
where stupid, more of everyone else was stupid sometimes.
Really that is how it is sometimes!
I need to note Winter is a member of the Church of Scientology
but I am not. I am my own in a way! But it makes sense him being there.
Tell Walmart to Pay for Maria's Medical Care
Maria has worked at Walmart for 16 years in customer service. Last May, she slipped and fell while working in the backroom at her store. Maria waited for two hours on the floor before a manager called an ambulance. She broke her hip, had to have surgery, and was in the hospital for 24 days.
Maria's partner had been taking care of her after she returned from the hospital. Unfortunately, he recently passed away leaving Maria with no home care. She has been working with an attorney to try to get Walmart to pay for her medical bills and for a nurse to come help take care of her. Unsurprisingly, Walmart has been dragging its feet.
Maria is not alone. Many Walmart workers get injured on the job and struggle to pay their medical bills. Will you add your name to our petition calling on Walmart to do the right thing and compensate Maria for her workplace injury?
